You don't need a music degree to make a difference in a chorister's life.

Our instructors alone do not create the poised and confident singers that emerge from the Children’s Voices of Southern Maryland. It is your support that allows us to help children flourish by increasing their confidence, improving their abilities, and giving them a wealth of experiences to use as a foundation for their future.

No child should be denied access to music education. To this end, we work hard to keep fees low for our choristers and their families.

  • Our choir is tuition free. None of our conductors, accompanists, or staff receives pay for their services.

  • Student’s materials fee cover only a portion of the costs needed to keep this organization alive.  We keep this fee low to allow all families to participate.

Keeping tuition free is one of many ways we strive to make the Choir accessible to all.  For many children, the choir is the only accessible and affordable formal choral training program available.

We need your help! We rely on the annual support of people like you who believe in the transformational power of music.

We would like to extend a special thanks to the following individuals for their contributions to CVSM:
